PDF files will be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving your payment. There is no charge for shipping and handling. AZ residences will be charged 6% sales tax.

Print orders will be sent withing 48 hours of receiving your payment. Postage and handling for print orders is free for residents of the United States. Postage and Handling for print orders outside the United States is $5.00 for orders up to $10.00, $10.00 for orders from $10.01 to $25.00, $15 for orders from $25.01-$50.00, and $20 for orders over $50.01. An additional 20% (occuring as sales tax) is added to print orders from some countries to cover the postage costs. AZ residences will be charged 6% sales tax.
